Boutique Vendor Portal

FEES $125 for (2) 6’draped tables and (1) chair. $150 for (3) 6’ draped tables and (1) chair. Need space for a rack? Replace a table; charged as (1) table. Need more space? First come, first served for premier boutique space (Max 5 Tables/Racks.) Each Table/Rack over 3 will be $25 each. Electricity hookup fee will be charged directly to you by the Sheraton. All boutique vendors will be asked to donate 15% of their net sales toA New PATH. *Our checkout procedure will be disclosed in July 2025.We also request that each vendor donates an opportunity drawing item valued at $75 or more.

 

DEADLINE Please fill out and return the form below byMay 1, 2025. Please make checks for vendor fees payable to "A NEW PATH" with “BoutiqueVendor Fee” in the memo. We are accepting a variety of boutique vendors and space will be limited. Vendors are not required to attend the luncheon to participate in the boutique. However, this year each boutique vendor will be given ONE free luncheon ticket if they wish to watch the show at the luncheon. Additional tickets are $80/pp.

 

TIME The boutique will be open for event attendees from 10:00 am – 12 noon (break for lunch and fashion show) and reopens from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm. During the break, vendors may sell to hotel guests, staff and other vendors.

 

SET UP Vendors may set up between 7:00 am – 9:30 am. Vendors arriving after 9:30 am will forfeit booth fees and will not be allowed to set up. Please note, you may want to bring your own lighting, extension cords and tape to hold down cords.

 

SECURITY/HOLD HARMLESS The boutique area is in the Pacific Jewel Ballroom. Neither A New PATH nor the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina will be responsible for vendor's merchandise/belongings including their vehicle on premises. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to protect their property and hold A NEW PATH and the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina harmless should an incident arise.

 

CONFIRMATION

Confirmation and set up details will be mailed or emailed to you by August 15, 2025.
